Booking Consultations

• Consultations must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

• Clients are encouraged to provide detailed information about their needs and expectations when booking, to enable our consultants to prepare adequately.

• Booking confirmation will be sent via email, including the date, time, and consultant assigned to your session.

Cancellation Policy

• We require at least 1 business day's notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations made with less than 1 business day's notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

• Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 1 business day's notice, subject to consultant availability.

• Paid Meetings: If you have a paid meeting, you are allowed to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please note that this is a one-time courtesy and subsequent rescheduling requests will require at least 1 business day's notice.

Late Arrivals

• Failure to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
