By accessing and using services provided by Polarity ("Polarity Biz, Inc.", "we", "us", or "our"), including AI business readiness assessments, AI Playbooks, strategic plans, consulting services, and related learning solutions, you (the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Services Provided

Polarity offers consulting, AI business readiness assessments, strategic AI playbooks and plans, and learning solutions aimed at assisting businesses in leveraging artificial intelligence ("Services").

All Playbooks, Plans, assessments, consulting advice, learning materials, and other related Services provided by Polarity are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. Polarity expressly disclaims any and all warranties including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The User assumes full responsibility for implementation and use of any Playbook, Plan, or advice provided by Polarity. Polarity does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Services provided.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Polarity, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use or misuse of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Polarity, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to your implementation of Playbooks, Plans, assessments, or other provided solutions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Polarity is incorporated in Delaware as Polarity Biz, Inc. and operates under the registered DBA "Polarity." Our principal place of business is in New York.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
