About Jim Donio

Jim Donio has founded, expanded, sold, or been the CEO of more than a dozen businesses ranging in annual revenue from $200,000 to $200,000,000, some having been provided funding and resources through Google and Meta. He was appointed as one of only 12 founding members in the country to Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium-Sized Business Council and serves on the Meta Leaders Network. In 2023, he was appointed as a Meta AI Sandbox Partner for advanced artificial intelligence tools with Facebook and Instagram. He has been featured in major media outlets including Advertising Age Magazine, American Express OPEN for Business, NPR, and a variety of other publications, and has lectured and led workshops to regional, statewide, and national audiences. Mr. Donio is currently a partner in numerous privately held equity companies and trusts. In addition to his extensive for-profit background, he has been actively involved with philanthropic causes and has served on numerous non-profit boards and commissions for more than 25 years. Jim was recently honored with the National Humanitarian Award by the United States Sons of Italy Foundation and was awarded the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for Volunteerism and Community Leadership, Originally from Hammonton, New Jersey, and is now based in New York, he earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business.

Jeremy Ryan

Jeremy Ryan is an accomplished consultant, marketer, and creative technologist with a track record of leading strategic multichannel initiatives to enhance market presence and engage audiences. With a knack for innovative solutions, his work spans a variety of sectors including technology startups, education, philanthropy, and healthcare, among others. His contributions have supported notable organizations like Cornell University, The Nature Conservancy, and The Met Museum, among others. Beyond consulting, Jeremy has taught advanced web design and programming, shared his insights at education conferences, and played a key role in Real Central NJ Soccer as CMO. With a portfolio that includes developing software solutions like CMSs, CRMs, and e-commerce systems, Jeremy has earned over fifty honors throughout his twenty-five-year career. He is also a board member of the Lawrence Township Education Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to fostering educational and community development.
